PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
This Privacy Policy has been drawn up in accordance with the provisions of the current Spanish Organic Law on Personal Data Protection, as well as Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, hereinafter the GDPR.
The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to inform the owners of the personal data being collected about the specific aspects of the processing of their data, including, among other things, the purposes of the processing, the contact details for exercising their rights, the data retention periods and the security measures applied, among other matters.
DATA PROCESSING
The personal data you provide will be processed for the purpose of managing the contractual relationship arising from the purchase of Breccia products. The personal data we collect and process include:

- Email address
- Postal address
- Contact phone number
Providing your data is a contractual requirement in order to purchase Breccia products. You may choose not to provide the requested data, but in that case it will not be possible to enter into or perform the contract or process your requests — in other words, you will not be able to purchase any Breccia product and we will not be able to respond to your requests.
OTHER PURPOSES OF PROCESSING
Using our website and purchasing Breccia products does not require you to create a personal account. However, as a registered user you can shop more conveniently without having to fill in your details every time you wish to make a purchase, add more than one postal address, and review your purchase history.
With your consent, which is optional, Breccia may send you personalised commercial information that may be of interest to you about the products offered by Breccia. We may send these communications by email (newsletter), telephone, SMS, instant messaging, social media and postal mail. The legal basis for processing data for this purpose is the consent you give us by ticking the relevant subscription box; you must therefore tick the box "I want to receive news and exclusive offers" on the "Contact information" page if you would like us to process your data for this purpose.
You may indicate at any time your preferred method of contact from those listed above, and you may object to receiving promotional communications through all or only some of these contact methods.
We inform you that you may object to the processing of your data for this purpose by sending an email to: dataprotection@brecciaindust.com. You may also request to UNSUBSCRIBE from commercial communications via a link that appears at the bottom of each promotional email you receive. Once you have requested the cancellation of your data, it will be blocked for a period of 3 years, available only to Public Administrations, Courts and Tribunals to address possible claims, after which the data will be deleted.
DATA RETENTION PERIOD
Your data will be kept for as long as our contractual relationship continues, and once it has ended, it will be kept blocked for a period of 4 years to address possible claims. The legal basis for processing this data is compliance with the contractual obligations you assume when purchasing our products.
YOUR RIGHTS REGARDING YOUR PERSONAL DATA
You may exercise the following rights:

- Request the rectification of inaccurate data or, where applicable, request its deletion when, among other reasons, the data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.

- In certain circumstances and for reasons related to your particular situation, you may object to the processing of your data. Breccia will stop processing your data unless there are compelling legitimate grounds, or for the establishment, exercise or defence of possible claims.
- You may exercise the right to data portability, as well as withdraw any consent given at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent prior to its withdrawal.

Any request to exercise your rights must be accompanied by a copy of an official identity document, such as a national ID card, NIE or passport.
We also inform you that you may contact the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos) and any other relevant public bodies regarding any complaint arising from the processing of your personal data.
KLARNA
In order to offer you Klarna's payment methods, at the time of payment we may share with Klarna, during the purchase process, your personal data included in the contact form and order details, so that Klarna can assess whether you meet the requirements to access its payment methods and adapt those payment methods to your profile. Your personal data is processed in accordance with Klarna's privacy policy
