RETURNS & EXCHANGES
You have 30 calendar days from the moment you receive your order to make any exchange or return.
You just need to send us an email at cambiosydevoluciones@brecciaindust.com telling us:
- Order number and full name
- Garment you wish to exchange or return
- Garment you wish to receive in case of an exchange
We will get in touch with you and give you all the instructions to manage your exchange or return.
Important:
When we receive the package and verify that its condition is correct, we will carry out the exchange or return.
In case of a return, the amount will be credited using the same payment method used in your purchase. Remember that the time it takes to be effective will be 15-20 working days from the day we receive the package in our warehouse and once everything has been checked and is correct, the refund will be made. This will also depend on your bank.
The amount to be refunded will be for the garments subject to return. Under no circumstances will the shipping cost be refunded.
*In case of a partial return of the order and the order amount falls below 64.95€, the shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
